For over a decade, Air Force 1 has been providing clients with innovative blower generated blow off systems to improve product quality through surface preparation of a variety of product designs, substrates and materials. AF1 blow off systems are user friendly and designed to strip fluids, moisture, static charge, dust / particulate matter, shot blast media as well as for product cool down. 

Air Force 1 blow off systems manufacture a wide range of industrial, low maintenance blowers with static control, designed to deliver an appropriate volume of clean filtered air to our patent Air Cannons, Air knives the purpose of preparing product surface areas for your next operation or procedure. 

The blow off systems deliver clean, filtered air to our Air Knives and /or Air Cannons to strip liquids from ware designs and substrates. We match the appropriately sized AF1 blower to the system-associated Air Knives and or Air Cannons and the appropriate static control system. This ensures the efficient removal contaminant and particulate matter.

Air Force 1 neutralizing blow off systems include integral static control bars to remove static charge, dust and / or particulate matter from a variety of surfaces. This translates to and eighty percent energy savings when compared with compressed air systems. 

Additionally we offer dust recovery booths for Ionizing / Neutralizing cleaning during blow off operations.
